Refund Policy

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your event date. Final payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided prior to the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If an event is canceled within a specified time frame prior to the event date, fees may be forfeited in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement. Bartini Brooklyn reserves the right to retain payments to cover staffing, preparation, and administrative costs.

Event Changes

Any changes to event details, including date, time, location, or scope of services, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Refunds are not guaranteed for reductions in services once planning and staffing have begun.
