Our Story
Artem Kolesov and Ashley Martin are NYC-based Mixologists who have a passion for hospitality and excellence. They bring years of experience from managing and staffing multiple catering teams, restaurants, and cocktail bars across the tristate area.
Bartini Brooklyn was built to bring a more refined, efficient approach to bar service. The goal is to deliver unforgettable experiences and to create a lasting impressions on every guest that Bartini Brooklyn serves.

Artem Kolesov
Founder & CEO
Originally from Russia, Artem brings an international perspective to New York City's bar and hospitality scene. Since moving to NYC in 2018, he has worked across Brooklyn and Manhattan at respected venues and established restaurants like Cotenna West Village and Montesacro Williamsburg, where his performance led to an invitation to join Hotel Indigo Williamsburg as a lead bartender
Ashley Martin
Founder & CEO
A New York native, Ashley brings over 15 years of passion and expertise to the hospitality industry. Her career is defined by a deep understanding of cocktail culture, menu curation, and developing and leading professional teams. She started her New York City journey as Bar Manager at the restaurant 9 Jones in the West Village and is currently the Beverage Director at the Hotel Indigo Williamsburg
